Our
History In the late 90's, there was a void in party promotions for mature Urban Professionals and Entrepreneurs. Founder
& C.E.O Larren Joseph saw this, and birthed Black Sense Entertainment in March of 1997 with the idea of providing
high-quality social events suitable to the unique tastes and interests of New York City's young trendsetters. During the first
year in business, Black Sense established themselves as capable Event Planners by not just producing parties but also travel
excursions in various states in the North-East. As the company's name became recognizable to many party-goers in New
York, their clientele began to grow. Soon what started out as a local promotion company comprised of friends and colleagues
of the founder became a premiere organization throughout the East Coast.

Our Annual Winter Ski Weekends Became A
Signature Event To Start Off The New Year! At the beginning of every year from 1997 to 2005 , Black Sense Entertainment hosted an Annual "Ski Jam"
Winter Weekend. This event was held at 5-star hotels throughout the Northeast. Some of the most memorable places were the
Eden Resort, Lancaster Host Resort, the Fallsview Resort and the New Cumberland Hotel and Conference Center to name a
few. In the earlier years, guests came mainly from the NY Tri-state area. As this event continued to grow in size and became Black
Sense most anticipated event of the year; guests began to come from all over the country to attend. From 2006 to 2008, this
event changed to "Winter Groove" because of the addition of popular R&B acts performing such as Carl Thomas,
Jeff Redd, The Force MD's and legendary Old School Hip-Hop Artist Chubb Rock. In 2009, this event made another transformation
called the "Winter Music & Casino Getaway" featuring R&B acts such as Mint Condition & Johnny Gill and
was scaled down to a mini-winter getaway due to a new winter cruise Black Sense added to their annual schedule. In 2010, the
"SKI JAM REUNION" took us back in time and had all our past guests looking to capture that winter experience
again! Black Sense Entertainment had a blast over the last 13 years producing this event for over 2,500+ guests,
however, we believe it is time for something new and fresh! In addition to our Winter Ski Party Weekends, Black Sense Entertainment were the original producers of the
Christian Winter Weekends in 2002 and 2003. Our primary mission was to have a non-denominational event designed to inspire,
encourage and magnify the word of God. After two successful years, it ended with memories that will never be forgotten
by our guests.

Summer Groove Produced Some Of Black
Sense Biggest Events During the summer months, Black Sense Entertainment has hosted over 3,000+ guests by coordinating a series
of events entitled "Summer Groove". The events include parties at unique outdoor venues, Music Festivals such as
the Hampton Jazz Festival & the Essence Music Festival, Boat-rides in NY& NJ and a weekend Crab or Lobster Feast
Getaway. These functions have been the talk of the town in many cities because they allow our company to provide a comfortable
environment in which our guest can socialize, relax and enjoy the company of their peers. Parties have been held in New York,
Connecticut, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Maryland & Virginia at such notable places as: the American
Park Café (NY), La Renaissance (CT) , the Cosmopolitan Club (MA), Sheraton Colonial Golf Resort (MA), the Inn At Chester
Springs (PA), the Patapsco Arena (MD) and the Sheraton Restin (VA). The boat-rides were aboard some of the biggest party cruise
ships including the Queen of Hearts (NY), The Jewel(NY), the Star (NY), Mark Twain (CT), The Spirit of Philadelphia (PA),
the Bay Lady (MD) and the ZEPHYR (NY). The New Edition -
One of our newest editions to the "Summer Groove" line-up is the "Let's Ride" Family
Weekend Getaway to two of the biggest Amusement Parks in the East Coast - Dorney Park/Wildwater Kingdom & Hershey Park.
This trip is becoming one of our biggest events of the Summer

Our Cruises Are Some Of The Biggest On The High Seas Another growing trend for Black Sense Entertainment is our Cruise Series. In 2003, Black Sense Entertainment
began cruising as a group. During that inaugural year, close to 200 guests sailed aboard the Carnival Legend with us from
New York to the Caribbean. Since then, every year we have provided our guests with exciting cruises aboard Carnival Cruise
Lines, Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines and the Norwegian Cruise Lines to some of the most exotic ports in North America. Departing
from New Orleans, Miami, Puerto Rico and Hawaii we have cruised to Mexico, the Bahamas, the Hawaiian Islands and numerous
islands in the Caribbean. All of our cruises had a theme including our "Fantasy Island" Hawaiian Cruise based around
the exotic islands of Hawaii,"You Got Jokes" Comedy Cruise featuring some of the hottest comedians performing on
the ship, "The Padri Gras Cruise" out of New Orleans followed by the famous Essence Music Festival, and the
"The Soul on the Sea Cruises" featuring parties like no other on the high seas! Now recently added, we have our

We are in the Event Planning Business to
help you too! Black
Sense Entertainment has an Events Planning Service and Travel Agency, which allows us to put together special events
for our clients. In the past, we have coordinated social events such as: family reunions, weddings and corporate functions
as well. Also, our subsidiary, "Vendor's Alley" is a part of our event planning service. We assist clients by placing
vendors at their social events, retreats and/or conferences. We find this to be very rewarding because we are currently providing
an opportunity for over 40 small businesses to expand their distribution by showcasing and selling their products at these
events. Please call our office to find out about Vendor's Alley.

Giving Back is important to us! Lastly, Black Sense Entertainment is committed to giving back to
the communities that we live and work in. Every holiday season, we sponsor a Toy Drive to provide gifts for financially disadvantaged
families. Over the last several years, BSE has given out well over 2,000 toys and gifts in the NY City area. We have also
helped to raise funds for cancer research by participating in the "Making Strides Against Breast Cancer" Walk.
So many years
and we're still partying!- As
we continue to bring you some of the hottest events in the near future, please feel free to look at our long track record
